I specialize in helping people who feel stuck by releasing self-limiting beliefs through the ThetaHealing® technique and Quantum Energy Work. I work with my clients to reframe emotions and behaviors so that they can achieve optimum health and well-being. Through my various programs, you’ll be able to shift physical and emotional patterns, activate natural health and achieve higher consciousness.
Our conscious mind is like the tip of an iceberg, 1/3 above the water, but most of the iceberg lies below the surface unseen (the unconscious). There is a dualistic paradigm at play between your desires and your beliefs as your beliefs are often masked in the unconscious. Carl Jung once said, “Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.”
The trick then lies in making the unconscious, conscious! Through ThetaHealing® we can access altered states of consciousness and change your hard-wired programming. Humans are much like a computer, a set of programs that have been learned since the moment you were conceived. Many of these beliefs were learned in your childhood and were inherited from your ancestors, so they lie masked deep within your unconscious.
By going within and addressing our inner imbalances we can shift from the rollercoaster of struggle and drama into a more blissful and empowered state of being.
